| 从建国后到“文革”前夕，农村高利贷现象屡禁不止。为促进农村社会稳定，规范正常的金融秩序。中国共产党综合运用经济替代、政治教育、行政取缔等手段对其进行了打击。但从治理的效果看，并不理想。系统分析、总结中国共产党在此时期对农村高利贷活动治理的历史经验，对规范当今农村金融秩序不无裨益。 |

| Between the years of 1949 and 1966, i.e. from the founding of the PRC to the eve of Cultural Revolution, over-high-interest loaning was rampant in rural Ghina. In order to promote rural social stability, normalize financing orders, the Communist Party of China launched campaigns against the loaning by ways of economic alternatives, political education and administrative forbiddings. However, the result is less than desirable. Systematic analysis and summary of the historical lessons in the campaign will be helpful for the effort of normalizing rural financial orders. |
