| 《井冈山土地法》体现了早期共产党人在保护弱势群体权益、追求社会公平与正义等方面的人情观,该法的重要意义在于为党的政权奠定了合法性基础,但具体的规定也存在不合理之处。该法给当代的启示是,在党的执政过程和国家法律的制定过程中,应当树立正确的人情观;党应当根据时代的需求不断更新执政理念、完善执政方式,在加快经济建设的同时,进一步深化政治体制改革,以更好地获得人民的真心拥护,维护其合法性根基。 |

| The Jinggangshan Land Law embodies the Communists＂ early efforts in protecting the rights of weak groups and pursuing social justice. Laying basis of regime legitimacy for the CPC, the Law also contains some unreasonable prescriptions. Lessons from the Law include that the Party should have proper human concerns in his governance and law formulation; that the Party should keep up- to-date administration philosophy and improve its administration arts; and that the Party should, in pace with its economic efforts, deepen its political reform so as to gain more people support and maintain its governance legitimacy. |
