      基于江西省1995-2011年的统计数据,采用对数回归分析模型研究江西省区域经济发展过程中人力资源开发、配置及人力资源素质、教育投入等因素的影响力度。劳动力资源对江西省地区生产总值影响重大,其中第三产业就业人员对江西省区域经济的发展影响最大,其次是第二产业。人力资源素质和技能水平对经济发展贡献很大,地方企事业单位中的专业技术人员在该模型当中对经济发展的贡献居于第四位;而教育投入和固定资产投入的影响居后,但是仍然与地区生产总值有正相关关系。本文采用定量的研究方法在区域经济的层面上分析了战略人力资源管理中人力资源开发、配置以及人力资源素质对经济发展的影响,研究结果对江西省的人力资源政策方面有所启示。
英文摘要:
      Based on the statistics of Jiangxi Province from 1995 to 2011 and through a logarithmic regression analysis model, this paper studies the influences of human resource (HM) factors on the province's regional economic development, including HM development, HM allocation as well as HM qualities and education investments. It is found that labor resources exert great influence on Jiangxi's GDP, among which tertiary industry employment is most influential, followed by that in secondary industry. HM quality and skill level contribute greatly to economic development; the technicians in local enterprises and institutions ranks the fourth. Education investment and fixed assets investment come last, but still positively related to the regional GDP output. This paper is a quantitative regional economic research of strategic HM management influences on economic development, including HM development, HM allocation and HM qualities. The results will be useful for the formulation of Jiangxi Provinciak HM policies.
