| 人类的经济活动与伦理精神从来都是相互蕴涵的。低碳经济作为低能耗、低污染、低排放的经济发展模式,能够兼顾经济发展与环境保护,实现人与自然和谐,是可持续发展的伦理型经济。可持续发展体现了对人类未来的忧虑和关注,人类环境权的提出则是当今人类作为休戚与共的命运共同体的生动写照。未来后代是人类不可或缺的组成部分,其环境权的实现需当代人秉持作为公平的代际正义。但后代人环境权的实现不能以牺牲当代人的环境权为代价,所以,要使当代人与后代人的环境权得到平衡实现,则最终有赖于充满伦理智慧的可持续发展。 |

| Human＇s economic activities are inherently intervolved with their ethical spirits. Low-carbon economy, with its low consumption, low pollution and low emission, is a sustainable ethical economic mode which compromises the economic development and environmental protection and realizes humannature harmony. The sustainability is a reflection of people＇s worry and concern of the future, very much related to human＇s environmental rights which is an embodiment of human as a community. The future generation is an indispensable part of human history, and their environmental rights depends on the inter-generation justice held in this generation. Nevertheless, future generations environmental rights should not be realized at price of this generationls rights. Hence, a balance of environmental rights between the generation relies on an ethical sustainable development. |
