| Gutian Meeting is a historical mile-stone in the New Democratic Revolution. Principles laid in the Meeting are still very practically significant for our efforts in building a learning-oriented Marxist Party. They include： Party-recognition in thoughts, which aims at a pioneering party; Politicideal-oriented Army, which highlights a people-serving army; Fact-based guidelines, which pays attention to the time-specific concrete situation; and firm Belief which guarantees Party purity. |
