| “平等”是西方历史上，尤其是近代以来最重要的道德价值之一，在当代得到了更进一步的发展。从道德平等、政治和法律的平等、经济和社会的平等几个方面来观照“平等”学说，从而揭示出当代平等理念的核心，以及存在的理论难点和道德难题。并分析指出平等的限度，认为它是一种基本价值，却不是最高的价值。它应该在经济或者福利的基础上强调关切和尊重，同时，平等理念只有成为公民美德的一部分，平等主义者的诉求才真正可能成为现实。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| The idea of ＂equality＂ is one of the most important moral values in Western history, particularly in modem times. It undergoes further development in contemporary era, This paper is an attempt of brief exploration of ＂equality＂ theories in moral, political, legal, economic and social perspectives. It reveals the kernel of contemporary equality philosophy and its theoretical and moral dilemma. Finally it points out the limitation of equality and argues that equality is a basic instead of supreme value, and that equality shall be focusing on care and respect on basis of economy and welfare. In additionally, it is argued, only when equality philosophy be part of citizen morality can the egaliantarianist appellation be realizable. |
