| 孔子最根本、最重要的核心价值观就是“仁爱”，根本之道就是“仁道”，即“仁者爱人”。“仁道”渗透在孔子一生的教育理念和实践中，蕴涵着有教无类、教学相长、因材施教的教育民主思想，闪耀着教育平等的人性光辉，彰显了师生平等的民主意识，折射出以人为本的教育理念，这对促进我国教育民主、实现教育平等具有非常重要的借鉴意义。 |

| The most significant Confucian value is ＂kindheartedness＂ , and the fundamental approach to this is ＂benevolence＂ , i.e. ＂to love people＂ . ＂Benevolence＂ pervades Confucius＂ whole educational philosophy and throughout his life-long teaching practices. Confucius believes in thoughts of education for all people, teacher/students mutual improvements through teaching and students＂ particularities- based teaching. The Confucian education thoughts are distinctive in their humanist, democratic ideas of education-equality, teacher-student equality and human-based teaching, inspiring to the cause of promoting education democracy and equality in which are very significant and China today. |
