| On basis of the Potential Disparity Structure Theory of Post-Colonial Languages,this paper analyzes the translation activities in Arab Empire,in Western Europe during the Crusade,and in the Empires of Liao,Xia,Jin,Yuan,and Qing.It proves the non-colonial nature of translation and puts up skepticism on the indiscriminate applications of post-colonial translation theories. |
