| The U.S.President,Barack Hussein Obama,formulated the U.S.policy towards Japan under the backgrounds in the following: the U.S.was steeped into the international financial crisis,the U.S made some adjustments in American Policy towards Asia and the U.S.carried out "Smart Power"foreign policy.Following reflect the characteristics of Obama’s policy : the alliance between Japan and U.S.has been strengthened and deepened in politics,both of the countries have joined hands together to face economical crisis in economics and the military split between them hasn’t impacted on the military alliance.The article expatiated the influence that the policy has on Asia and China in the end. |
