| The doctrine of Estoppel is unique in English common law.It is an extremely complicated and important principle in the English legal system which is aimed to maintain the natural rules for equity and justice.Presently,in-depth and systematic research of the doctrine is lack in China.It is argued that China legal community should undertake researches of and reference to Estoppel to promote the Principle of Honesty and Credibility. |
