| In his early years,Lenin regarded promoting intra-party democracy as an important approach and method to realizing party unification.He believed that party unification should be foremost unification on thoughts on basis on free criticism and discussion.He valued the roles of party congress in narrowing opinion differences within the party and in maintaining party unity.He upheld that party unification be realized on foundation of the minority-subordinate-to-majority principle and the guarantee of the minority’s rights. |
