      新时代全面加强劳动教育和美育,是构建德智体美劳全面培养的教育体系的重要组成部分。劳动教育与美育联系紧密,具有融合发展的可能性和必要性。两者融合蕴含着丰富的逻辑理路:遵循着以劳育美、以美促劳、劳美结合的关联逻辑;拥有从“单向育人”到“协同育人”的协同逻辑;具备为实现个体全面发展的价值逻辑。两者的融合旨在为实现立德树人与以美育人的终极目标,但在走向融通发展的过程中却面临诸多困境:价值异化方面,呈现出各执一端的线性思维;内涵和场域被窄化、理论与实践相脱离;评价功能缺失与评价维度不全面等。为解决两者在融通过程中暴露的问题,在实践层面,应积极构建实施体系:完善课程体系,强化实践体系,推进校园劳动美育文化建设;努力搭建联动格局:发挥家庭的协同作用,增强学校的主导作用,积极开发和利用社会资源;建立完善的保障体系:奋力实现师资队伍、基础条件和系统评价的全方位保障体系。
英文摘要:
      In the new era, comprehensively strengthening labor education and aesthetic education is an important part of building a comprehensive educational system that cover moral, intelligent, physical, aestheticand labor educations. Labor education and aesthetic education are closely linked with each other so that it's possible to integrate the former with the latter. In logic, this kind of integration follows the associative logic that cultivates beauty through labor, promotes labor through beauty, and combines labor with beauty. And then, it has the collaborative logic that turns from :" one-way education" to "collaborative education".What's more, it has the value logic that realizes the all-round development of individuals. Though it aims to achieve the ultimate goal of cultivating people with virtue and educating people with aesthetics, the integration of the labor and aesthetic educationfaces various difficulties, such as, the argumentative linear thinking in terms of value alienation, narrowing connotation and field, separation of theory from practice,lack of evaluation function and incomplete evaluation dimension, etc. In order to solve these difficulties, we should actively build an implementation system at the practical level through improving the curriculum system, strengtheningthe practice system, and promoting the construction of campus labor aesthetic education culture, try to build a linkage pattern by giving play to the synergy of families, strengthening the leading role of schools, and actively developing and utilizing social resources, and establish a thorough guarantee system in faculties, basic conditions and systematic evaluation.
