      本论文在深入分析我国大学书院制的发展动因与面临的现实困境的基础上,论证了大学书院制与“三全育人”理念之间具有相互契合、互为助力的科学联系。针对大学书院制发展面临的现实问题,本文结合“三全育人”理念的内涵,以西安交通大学、北京大学、南京大学、华东师范大学与海南大学的建设经验为例,提出了新时代大学书院制建设的三大实践路径,即通过党建引领“大思政”实现全员育人,通过重塑体系破壁垒实现全过程育人以及通过集成“一站式”资源实现全方位育人。

      Based on the in-depth analysis of the causes of development and practical problems faced by the, this paper expounds and reveals the intrinsic correlation between the university' sCollegiate College System and the concept of " ThreewideEducation" which is essentially mutually compatible and assisting. Focusing on practical problems faced by faced by university's collegiate college system, combined with the concept of " Three-wide Education" and relateddevelopment experiences of Xi'an Jiaotong University, Peking University, Nanjing University, East China Normal University and Hainan University,this paper puts forward three practical paths for the development of collegiate college system of Chinese universities:firstly, to realize all-staff-participating education through furtheringthe Big Ideological and Political Educationwhich is led by Party building; secondly, to realize whole-process education through reshaping the working mechanism and breaking the internal barriers; thirdly, to realize comprehensive education through integrating all educational resources and forming them into the one-stop facility platform for the students.
