      凝聚人心、完善人格、开发人力、培育人才、造福人民(“五人”)是立德树人指向下的新时代教育工作目标。思政课内蕴着重要的价值意涵,承载着重要的时代使命,是落实立德树人根本任务的关键所在。在立德树人共同指向下,思政课与新时代教育工作在受众与对象、实施主体与工作主体、功能与内涵、价值与立场上具有高度的逻辑关联。此关联为新时代教育工作目标导引思政课发展提供前提依据。因此,基于“五人”框架,分析研判教育现实困境,旨在对标新时代教育工作目标,有针对性地提出提升“关键课程”魅力的举措,推进教育工作目标落实与思想政治教育的双向互动式发展。
英文摘要:
      Under the direction of moral education in the new era, the major goals of education lie in increasing cohesion,improving personality, developing manpower, cultivating talents, and benefiting the people ("five goals of education").Ideological and political courses contain important value connotations, carry important missions of the times, and are the key to implementing the fundamental task of moral education. Under the direction of moral education, ideological and political courses and education work in the new era have close relationships in logic between audience and object, subject of implementation and work subject, function and connotation, value and position, etc. This correlation provides a prerequisite basis for educational work goals in the new era to guide ideological and political courses. Therefore, based on the framework of " five goals of education", this paper aims to analyze the real dilemma of education, puts forward measures to enhance the charm of " key courses" with the guideline of education work goals in the new era, so as to promote the interaction between the implementation of educational work goals and ideological and political education.
