| 二战后，美国作为唯一本土没有发生大战的国家，凭借受益战争及战后金融资本大量输出，以及援助德国与日本战后的重建，逐步建立起了经济、金融和军事霸权。20世纪70年代，资本主义经济危机迫使英美资本主义转向新自由主义。苏联瓦解后，资本主义进入全球化时代，在资本主义几十年的经济发展过程中，由于金融自由化的泛滥，导致资本主义金融危机的爆发。资本主义金融危机，从实质上讲，依然是强国对第三世界发展中国家的掠夺矛盾的爆发，其根源在于资本主义私有制内在矛盾的不可调和性。新冠肺炎疫情爆发后，资本主义进入后全球化时代，未来世界有了更多的不确定型。对于美国主导的新自由主义全球化的未来，由于西方左翼学者立场和偏见，得出的结论不一，但马克思主义帝国主义理论的分析视角依然适用。 |

| After World War II, the United States, as the only country that a war did not happen on its own land during the World Ward II, benefited from the war and a large amount of post-war financial capital export, and assistance of the post-war reconstructionof Germany and Japan, and then, and gradually established its economic, financial and military hegemony. In the 1970s, British and American capitalism was transformed into Neoliberalism because of the capitalist economic crisis. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, capitalism entered the era of globalization. During the decades of economic development of capitalism, the proliferation of financial liberalization led to the explosion of financial crisis. The essence of capitalist financial crisis is the intensification of the contradiction in economy between the big powers and the developing countries, which is rooted in the irreconcilability of the inherent contradictions of capitalist private ownership. After the outbreak of the epidemic COVID-19, capitalism has entered a post-globalization era, and the future world has more uncertainties. Regarding the future of neoliberal globalization led by the United States, Western left-wing scholars have drawn different conclusions due to their positions and prejudices. However, the perspective of Marxist theory of imperialism is still applicable. |
