| 基于耦合关联分析，研究河北省人才培养投入与经济产出之间的耦合关系。建立了人才培养与经济产出关联度评价指标体系，结合灰色关联度分析，构建了人才培养投入与经济产出之间的耦合关联模型，并根据河北省2012-2017年的统计数据，从定量的角度对河北省人才培养投入与经济产出之间的关联性进行实证分析。结果表明，河北省的人才培养投入与经济产出之间存在较高的关联度，二者相互影响程度较高，但近两年呈现下降的趋势，其中第三产业的占比和R&D投入占比与人才培养投入系统的关联度最高，相关部门应当对第三产业以及科研人才的培养投入进行适当的调整，以促进经济的高速发展。 |

| Based on coupling analysis and Grey Correlation Analysis, this paper comprehensively analyzes the coupling relationship between talent training input and economic output in Hebei Province. It attempts to construct the coupling model through the grey correlation analysis and the establishment of evaluation index system. Meanwhile, the present paper conducts a quantitative study of the correlation between talent training input and economic output on the basis of annual statistics of Hebei province. The results show that there is a close coupling relationship between the two aspects with a high degree of mutual influence. However, the correlation between the two is declining gradually, among which the input on the third industry and the R & D are more closely related with the economic output. Therefore, more investment should be put in these two areas for the high-speed economic development in Hebei Province. |
